What is Monohydrate Creatine?

Typically, consuming about 5g of monohydrate creatine immediately before or after the workout can give maximum effectiveness.

Therefore, this substance contains small particles of creatine, which allows better absorption into a liquid. This assures the prevention of clumps when mixed with glass. The particles in micronized creatine are about 20 times smaller than the normal size of creatine.
