Before Marriage and After Marriage are two terms that are often heard when someone begins explaining certain changes in him or her before and after marriage. Before marriage and after marriage are different as far as their nature is concerned.

A young girl before marriage is not called a mother but on the other hand the same young girl becomes a mother after marriage. In the same way a young man before marriage is not called a father but the same man becomes a father after marriage.

After marriage a girl becomes a wife. In the same way after marriage a man becomes a husband.

Women generally do not undergo major changes in their physical structure before marriage. On the other hand they undergo a lot of changes in their physical structure after marriage. The same is applicable to men too. Some men undergo so many changes in their general appearance after marriage. For example some men appear lean before marriage and after marriage they appear fleshier.

Generally a woman is permitted to have children after marriage; but society does not accept a woman to have children before marriage. In the same way a man also can have children only after marriage and he is not supposed to have children before marriage.

It is quite natural that a woman who was Miss before marriage comes to be prefixed with Mrs after marriage. On the other a man remains Mr before and after marriage.
